I downloaded this, then got a notice from paramount pictures... This file is bugged by BayTSP!

First: Madagascar is made by DreamWorks SKG, not Paramount.
Second: The file cannot be "bugged" by anybody! I know this because of i know how encoding process was done and checksum technology that is implemented in torrent applications/protocols.
Most likely Your ISP is monitoring Your network activity. Try to download torrents using encrypted methods. And you can avoid Your ISP's sniffing by using commecial VPN solutions (preferably not from Your country) that many companies offer.
